Susan Dobbe - President
EXPERIENCE:
Sue has been MAKING NOISE professionally for over 25 years in all areas of marketing, advertising and public relations. She founded Dobbe Marketing & PR in 1989 after a decade of experience in corporate marketing management at Rust-Oleum Corporation and the John O. Butler Company.
ORGANIZATIONS:
Sue is a member of the Board of the Directors of the McHenry County Economic Development Corporation, Downtown Crystal Lake Main Street Association and Crystal Lake Dawnbreakers Rotary. Involved in the Crystal Lake and McHenry Chambers, Women In Management, and other membership organizations. She is a frequent speaker for colleges, business groups and associations on marketing, networking and the power of publicity.

Bachelor’s degree in business from Roosevelt University, 1986
OFF THE CLOCK:
Love to play golf, racquetball, fly (in airplanes).

Pollyanna Peremba - Marketing Manager
EXPERIENCE:
Pollyanna has over seven years of marketing experience. Before joining the Dobbe team in 2006, she worked as marketing manager & office manager for a public accounting firm in Vernon Hills, IL. In her current position, Pollyanna manages client projects, writes copy, directs graphic design, coordinates printing and advertising and maintains client and vendor relationships.
ORGANIZATIONS:
Pollyanna is Vice President of the Chicago Northwest Alpha Gamma Delta Alumnae Club.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree (BBA) in marketing from Lambuth University in Jackson, TN
OFF THE CLOCK:
Travels the country with her pilot husband while missing her spoiled Himalayan cats at home
DREAM JOB:
To work the fashion runways in Paris, where she also exhibits her designer shoe & handbag collection

Tour of Europe during university study abroad program
Judy Ferguson - Graphic Designer
EXPERIENCE:
Worked for a Michigan Avenue fashion agency for 11 years. Served as director of art and production for a McHenry County publishing company for 13 years. Has operated her own firm, Choice Design Group, since 1994. Provides in-house graphic design services for Dobbe Marketing & PR.
ORGANIZATIONS:
Women in Management, McHenry County Chapter, Board Member; Willow Creek Community Church, Visual Arts Team Leader; Graphic Arts Guild Member
EDUCATION:
Graduate of the Chicago Academy of Fine Art; Various classes at: Western Illinois State University; North Park College; McHenry County College; Harper College; Morton Arboretum Art Guild
OFF THE CLOCK:
Current passion is oil painting and bragging about seven grandkids

As a kid, I learned to ride horses bareback.
FAVORITE VACATION:
A driving trip with my sister, Sandi, and my two daughters to Miami, FL, in my parents' brand, new motor home. What great memories!
